VO2 Cycling Sportive

Congratulations to everyone that turned out in the less than favourable weather yesterday to take part in the VO2 Cycling Sportive, Hildenborough, Kent.  It was a very successful event and thank you to everyone who gave us such positive feedback.  The Sports Therapy Co were there to provide post-cycle support which included the wringing out of wet lycra and the warming of cold, tired muscles.
